With a background in architecture and a Master's degree in Real Estate Development, Nida has extensive experience in managing workplace transformation, real estate portfolio delivery, and strategic program management for various companies such as Barclays, JLL, and Cushman & Wakefield. Currently, Nida also serves as a Strategic Partner at Global Workplace Analytics and Bay Area Lead at Advanced Workplace Associates, focusing on workplace strategy, experience transformation, and change management.
