Max Pike

Max Pike has extensive experience in database administration and technical support, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as an Associate Database Administrator and Network Operations Center Analyst at AdvancedMD since November 2012, responsibilities include monitoring production server performance in AWS and managing incident resolution. Previous experience includes a role as a Software Support Technician at AdvancedMD, where Max provided customer service and training on Practice Management and Electronic Health Records software. Earlier positions include Help Desk support at Tek Systems for ADP, and various roles at Alorica, culminating as Training Manager, where Max led training initiatives and ensured the achievement of performance metrics. Max holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Salt Lake Community College.
