Mr Shamsul Kamar Bin Mohamed Razali, PBM was appointed to the Board as our Independent Non-Executive Director on 1st June 2021.
Mr Shamsul worked at the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) from 2015-2021 and was formerly the Executive Director of the Centre for Domestic Employees (CDE), a non-profit organisation that champions the employment rights of migrant domestic employees in Singapore. He is also the Deputy Executive Secretary of the Education Services Union which endeavours to protect the interests of private education educators and workers in the sector.
Mr Shamsul graduated from the National Technological University, National Institute of Education (NTU / NIE) with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Arts (Southeast Asian Studies) degree from the National University of Singapore. He served as an educator with the Ministry of Education for 18 years before joining NTUC.
Since 2006, Mr Shamsul has been actively involved in the community, serving in the Grassroots organisations in Kaki Bukit (2006-11) and Nee Soon Central (2011-15) and was a member of the Mendaki Tuition Scheme (MTS) Review Panel (2019-20). He was previously the Chairman of the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), Review Board, Committee 6, Board of Visitors (Children and Young Persons Homes). He is currently the Advisor to Aljunied GRC GROs (Kaki Bukit), a member of the M3 FA4 Taskforce Workgroup and a member of the Board of Trustees for the Keppel Fels Union (KFEU).
In recognition of his public services, Mr Shamsul was awarded the National Day Award – Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (PBM) in 2017.

Advancer Global Limited is an integrated services provider. The Company operates through three segments: Employment Services Business, Cleaning and Stewarding Business, and Security Services Business. The Employment Services Business segment provides one-stop shop services for sourcing, employment and training of foreign domestic workers to households, as well as sourcing and employment of foreign workers to corporations and organizations. The Cleaning and Stewarding Business segment provides integrated cleaning and stewarding solutions and services to hospitals, hotels, commercial and residential properties, as well as pest control services. The Security Services Business segment is engaged in provision of manpower for security solutions and services to commercial, industrial and residential properties, as well as security escort services. The Facilities Management Businesses offer both the Cleaning and Stewarding Business, and the Security Services Business.
