Toni Finnigan

Toni Finnigan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Toni started their career in 2004 as a Project Administrator at Arrowhead Environmental Services, Inc., where they provided administrative and logistical support for environmental remediation projects. Toni then worked as a Contracts Manager at Bethel Services Incorporated, where they ensured contractual obligations and federal regulations were met in the federal contracting arena. Toni advanced to the role of Contracts Manager at Bethel Solutions, Inc., where they reviewed and tracked contractual obligations and ensured federal reporting was completed for six subsidiaries. Toni then joined Ahtna Engineering Services, LLC as an Operations Compliance Manager, responsible for analyzing, implementing, and enforcing operational procedures. Toni later became the Proposal and Business Development Manager, supporting and improving business development and marketing strategies. Toni founded their own consulting company, AME Consulting, where they provided services to help companies succeed in federal contracting. Toni also owned and worked as a graphic designer at Fifty Six North Designs. Currently, Toni serves as the Director of Operations at Advancia Technologies, LLC, overseeing day-to-day operational systems and processes and developing the company's strategic planning process. Throughout their career, Toni has demonstrated expertise in operations management, financial analysis, contracts management, project management, marketing, and compliance.

Toni Finnigan pursued higher education by first attending the University of Alaska, Anchorage from 2010 to 2014. Here, Toni obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree with a focus on finance and management. Toni later decided to further their education and enrolled at the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2020. They pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in management and completed their studies in 2023.
