Hichem Zioudi is an experienced professional with a diverse background in data management, customer relations, and sales. Currently serving as a Data CRM & Reporting Administrator and previously as a Production Manager & Analyst at Advancia Téléservices since January 2020, Hichem has developed expertise in data analysis and reporting. Prior to this role, Hichem worked at Eureka24 as a Workforce Manager Specialist, overseeing team management and production strategies. Experience at Dell involved resolving technical issues and providing solutions for various product lines across multiple countries. Previous positions also include Sales Manager at Ben's coffee El Kods, where sales strategies and projections were established, and Technical Solutions representative at HP, addressing technical inquiries and enhancing customer relations.
