Conor McCarthy

Conor McCarthy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Conor started their career as an intern at Dirt Road Designs, where they handled shipping, filing, and book balancing. Conor then moved on to Innovative Block of South Texas as an intern, working on safety control measures and developing the employee handbook. Conor later became a Conference Services Assistant at Wheaton College before joining MTV Networks as a Production Assistant. Conor then worked as a Production Assistant at Life Focus Productions, involved in TV show production and video production for clients. Conor's career in marketing began at First National Bank of Edinburg, where they served as a Marketing Project Coordinator, Marketing Analyst, and Credit Review Analyst. Conor continued their marketing career at PlainsCapital Bank and Hilltop Holdings as a Marketing Manager. Currently, Conor is the Director of Marketing Communications at Advancial Federal Credit Union, leading a team in managing PR, digital marketing, advertising, events, and internal marketing initiatives.

Conor McCarthy obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wheaton College between the years 2004 and 2008. In addition, they obtained a Google Analytics Certification from Google in January 2017.
