David Rains

David Rains possesses extensive experience in the mortgage underwriting field, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Underwriting at Advancial Mortgage since February 2008. Prior to this role, David Rains held the position of Senior Underwriter at Nationstar Mortgage from June 1999 to September 2007 and worked as a Mortgage Underwriter at Countrywide Home Loans for a year. Earlier in the career, David Rains was a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at The Associates/Ford Consumer Finance from April 1996 to July 1998. Educationally, David Rains earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, from 1990 to 1993.
