Stephanie Simmons has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Stephanie started their career at Advancial Federal Credit Union as a Call Center Representative, where they handled member transactions, opened accounts, and detected fraud attempts. Stephanie then joined Dallas Credit Union as an Administrative Assistant, where they maintained the corporate investment portfolio and performed general ledger transactions. Stephanie also served as a Business Development and Marketing Officer, where they developed marketing campaigns and implemented email marketing. Stephanie later returned to Advancial Federal Credit Union as a Marketing Analyst, responsible for research and providing insights using CRM data. Stephanie then progressed to the role of Marketing Analytics Manager, leading a team and analyzing and presenting data to stakeholders. Currently, Stephanie is the Director of Marketing Analytics at Advancial Federal Credit Union, overseeing the CRM deployment and managing the implementation of effective attribution models to increase revenue.

Stephanie Simmons obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned a BAAS degree with a focus on Business from the same institution between 2005 and 2009. In addition to their academic qualifications, Stephanie has also obtained certifications as a Malcolm Baldrige Examiner from the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and as a Certified Credit Union Compliance Expert from the Credit Union National Association.
