Kathy Greenlee is the Senior Director of Elder Justice Initiatives at ADvancing States. Kathy has a background in public service, with expertise in aging, long-term care, disability, elder abuse, healthcare, community service innovation, and LGBTQ health. Prior to their current role, Kathy served as the CEO of Greenlee Global and held various positions in government agencies and consulting firms. With a JD from the University of Kansas School of Law and a BS in Business Administration and Management from The University of Kansas School of Business, Kathy Greenlee brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their work in the field of elder justice.
ADvancing States
ADvancing States was founded in 1964 under the name National Association of State Units on Aging (NASUA). In 2019, the association changed its name to ADvancing States. Today, ADvancing States represents the nation’s 56 state and territorial agencies on aging and disabilities and long-term services and supports directors. ADvancing States supports visionary leadership, the advancement of systems innovation and the articulation of national policies that support long term services and supports for older adults and people with disabilities.
