Christian Rodriguez Fornos has extensive work experience in the field of venture building, entrepreneurship, and board membership. Christian is currently the Chairman & CEO of Mutter Ventures, a Barcelona-based venture builder that focuses on creating disruptive startups in sectors such as Fintech, Software & IOT, and Consumer. In this role, they lead a team of over 50 professionals and provides the necessary support for the success of the projects, from opportunity analysis and technological development to investment and startup growth.

Additionally, Christian is a Founding Partner of BYHOURS, a leading company in the hotel micro-stay industry. Christian founded BYHOURS in 2011, introducing the pay-per-use model to the hotel sector, offering flexibility to users and a new revenue model for hoteliers.

Christian is also a Co-Founder & Board Member of Groenlandia Tech, Advancing, Saldados, Cobramus, Menai Capital, and Fiara, startups in various industries. Christian has been instrumental in the development and growth of these companies.

Furthermore, Christian serves as a Board Member at Barcelona Tech City, a key organization in the city's tech ecosystem. Christian is also a Professor at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, where they impart their knowledge and expertise to students.

Christian Rodriguez Fornos obtained a Graduate degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from ESERP Business & Law School, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Christian then pursued a Postgraduate degree in Coolhunting from Universitat Ramon Llull in 2010 to 2011. Christian furthered their education by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at UPF Barcelona School of Management between 2012 and 2014. Most recently, they enrolled in the PADE program at IESE Business School, which they attended from 2022 to 2023.
