David Oyawoye has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and companies. David is currently working as the Head of Design, Brand & Marketing at Advancly since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Softcom Limited, where they held multiple positions including Head of Brand Marketing from December 2020 to May 2022, Creative Director at x-Lab from January to December 2020, Business and Experience Designer from January 2019 to January 2020, Design Lead from July 2017 to January 2019, Brand Associate in Market Development from June 2016 to July 2017, and started as an intern in Design, Presales from June 2015 to June 2016. David also served as the Brand Director at Eyowo from January 2020 to May 2022. David began their career as a Production Manager in Public Speaking at Covenant University Centre for Entrepreneurship Studies from August 2013 to June 2015 and gained early experience as an intern at Schlumberger from January to August 2014.
David Oyawoye received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Petroleum Engineering from Covenant University, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. In 2020, they completed a Certificate in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online. David also attended a Design Thinking Bootcamp in London, obtaining a Certificate of Attendance from Design Thinkers Academy London in 2019.
