Riyaan Abrahams

Riyaan Abrahams is a Change Manager at Advania Group since November 2023, bringing extensive experience in change management roles across notable organizations. Previously served as a Change Management Analyst at Content+Cloud from September 2020 to November 2023, and as a Change/Problem Analyst and Incident Co-Ordinator at IT Lab from November 2016 to September 2020. Prior to that, Riyaan held positions as Problem Manager and Senior Request Analyst at Computacenter from December 2007 to October 2016. Riyaan’s educational background includes an ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, a Diploma in Project Management from IIE Rosebank College, and an MCSE. Currently pursuing an ITIL V4 Foundation Certificate from Netcampus since July 2022, with additional IT training completed at Torque IT.
