Brad Tyler has been in the IT industry since 2003. Brad began their career at DataTech Corporation as the IT Support Manager & Director of Communications. During this role, they planned, coordinated, and led department operations and projects via on-site and remote help desk activities. Brad also recruited, coached, and monitored technicians to ensure optimal performance while tracking productivity and managing software regression testing, statistical reporting, and quality control. Brad oversaw customer relations and resolved issues by providing 24/7 on-call availability to secure customer satisfaction.

In 2018, Brad Tyler took a role as the Director of IT & Systems Application Manager at Desoto Sales Inc. During this role, they spearheaded key facets of technology for 24 wholesale locations. One of their essential duties was to monitor and maintain their servers while establishing and fortifying relations with vendors.
