Kay Burnside

Kay Burnside is the HR Generalist at Advano. Their primary focus is on making sure Advano’s associates are well supported on all fronts.

They have over 6 years of experience in progressive HR roles. Prior to Advano, Kay worked within the maritime industry for 2 years. While working within the maritime industry, they were directly responsible for 100+ employees across 13 vessels. Throughout their career they have held several positions that showcased their versatile work ethic: Maritime Staffing Coordinator, HR Coordinator, and Crew Coordinator.

Kay holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern Mississippi.
