Jennifer Lema

Jennifer Lema began their work experience as a Teacher Assistant at Little Angels Christian Montessori School in April 2016 and held this role until March 2020. From August 2018 to March 2020, they also worked as a Receptionist at Dominic Smorra D.C. Energy-Focused Family Chiropractor. In March 2020, Jennifer joined Interstate Waste Services, Inc. as a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator, a position they held until October 2021. Jennifer then transitioned to the role of Recruiter, which they are currently still in. Additionally, Jennifer has been working as an HR Benefits & Leave Specialist at Interstate Waste Services, Inc. since October 2022.

Jennifer Lema completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from William Paterson University of New Jersey in the years 2013-2018. Jennifer further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same institution during the years 2019-2021.
