Saima Mehboob

Saima Mehboob has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Saima'smost recent role was as a Financial Operations Director at AdvanSix, where they supported business process transformation and executed breakthrough strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Transformation Consultant at Capgemini. Saima also served as the Director of Finance Operations at Retail Business Services, where they led and directed all aspects of procure to pay and implemented SAP S4 HANA. Before that, they held various roles at Mars, including Regional Process Owner, Financial Ops Leader, Industrial Engineering Manager, Capital Appropriations Budget Manager, and Sr. Fixed Assets Accountant. Saima began their career at Tiffany & Co as a Staff Accountant and Cost Accountant, and also worked as a Staff Accountant at Armada Hoffler Construction Company. Saima's early experience includes an accounting internship at United Business Links.

Saima Mehboob has a Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, obtained in 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from DeVry University in 2006. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Introduction to Cloud Computing, Key Technologies for Business Specialization, and What is Data Science? from Coursera in 2023. Saima also holds the Certified Public Accountant certification from the NJ Board of Accountancy, obtained in 2009. Saima is further certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt by The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) and as a Prosci Change Management Certified by Prosci. In 2021, they completed the course "Mars, Inc.: Women Leading Purposefully" offered by Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning.
