Jonny Batres has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, beginning with a role as a Valet Attendant, Bellman, and Front Desk Representative at Renaissance Beverly Hills Hotel from January 2002 to August 2003. Progressing to Front Desk Supervisor/Rooms Controller at Renaissance Hotels from August 2003 to January 2004, Jonny then served as Assistant Front Office Manager at Park Hyatt from January 2004 to April 2005. Subsequently, Jonny worked as a Guest Service Representative at Wynn Las Vegas from April 2005 until December 2008, followed by a prominent position as Guest Service Representative/Call Center Manager at Encore Resort and Casino from January 2008 to December 2012. Currently, since November 2014, Jonny has been employed at AdvanStaff HR as a Concierge/Employee Liaison. Educationally, Jonny holds a Casino Gaming Certificate from Crescent School of Gaming and Bartending, obtained between 2013 and 2014.
