Brian Robbins

Brian Robbins has a strong background in scientific research and laboratory management. Brian has experience as the Chief Scientific Officer at Advanta Analytical Laboratories, where they oversaw laboratory projects, developed new processes and technologies, and ensured the efficiency and profitability of the company. Prior to that, they were the Sole Proprietor of BLR SCI CON, LLC, where they focused on the development and validation of multidrug assays. At the University of Nebraska Medical Center, they held the position of Research Associate Professor and was responsible for personnel and budget management, assay development, and maintenance of the QA/QC program. Brian also worked as a Laboratory Manager at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, where they designed and planned laboratory facilities, developed assays for HIV antiretroviral drugs, and managed the laboratory under CAP/CLIA guidelines. Brian'searlier roles at the same institution included Associate Investigator/Investigator and Postdoctoral Research Fellow, where they conducted research in HIV drug analysis and metabolism.

Brian Robbins obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Biology from Bemidji State University between 1978 and 1982. Brian then pursued further education at the University of North Dakota, where they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry from 1982 to 1988.
