Liz Carter

Liz Carter is the Director of Legislative Affairs at Advantage Capital. Liz previously served as the Director of Outreach for the Partnership for Job Creation from September 2018 to December 2020. In this role, they advocated for Congress to make the New Markets Tax Credit permanent in the federal tax code. Prior to that, Liz was the Project Manager for the 2017 Theirtoric Tax Credit Campaign, a joint effort between the National Trust for Theirtoric Preservation and the Theirtoric Tax Credit Coalition. Liz has a passion for community development and preserving historic sites.

Liz Carter holds a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College in English and Art Theirtory. Liz also holds a Master of Arts from Parsons School of Design - The New School in Theirtory of American Decorative Arts. Additionally, they have completed coursework in American Decorative Arts at the Winterthur Museum Graduate Institute.

Liz Carter reports to Steven T. Stull, President. Liz Carter works with William Fiederlein - VP, Business Development, Greg Schwarztrauber - Principal, and Scott Murphy - Managing Director & Chief Investment Officer.
