Sourabh Deorah

Sourabh Deorah has a diverse work experience, starting from 2009. Sourabh began their career as a Founder at Web Genie, where they led a team of four and developed a local portal for students. In 2010, Sourabh interned at Oracle, working on the migration of Oracle Web Communities. Sourabh then joined Microsoft as an intern, where they worked on various projects in their Natural Language Group.

In 2011, Sourabh joined Symantec as an intern before returning to Microsoft for another internship. At Microsoft, they worked on projects in different stages of the product life cycle within the Natural Language Group of Office.

In 2012, Sourabh worked as a Software Developer at Lab126-Amazon. Sourabh then joined Microsoft as a Software Developer Engineer in 2013. During this time, they gained experience in software development.

Sourabh co-founded Old Advantage Club in 2014 and served as the Chief Executive Officer until 2019. At Old Advantage Club, they played a key role in the company's growth and development.

Currently, Sourabh Deorah is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Advantage Club. Since 2019, they have been responsible for the overall vision, product development, and strategic initiatives of the global platform for employee engagement and financial wellness. Advantage Club is live with over 370 companies across 60+ countries.

Sourabh Deorah obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued further education and completed their Master of Science in Computer Science at UCLA from 2010 to 2012.
