Madaline Munoz has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Madaline worked at Advantage Communications Group from 2008 to the present as the Director of Customer Care, where they coordinated installations, provided consultation on services and network design, and wrote project documentation. Prior to that, they worked at HIP from 2000 to 2008 as an IT Project Manager, specializing in telecommunications. Madaline was transferred to the Network group in 2003 and worked on designing a new core network and WAN. Before HIP, they worked at Darby Group as a telecom Analyst from 1998 to 2000.

Madaline Munoz has studied Business and Telecommunications at New York University.
