Shelly LaMaster has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Shelly began their career as a Shift Manager in the Optical Department at Employers Unity, Inc. in 1998, where they managed the night shift data processing and optical department. From 2002 to 2003, Shelly worked as an In Home Medical Data Entry at SourceCorp., Inc. In 2011, they transitioned to Chair Covers and Linens, Inc. as an Administrative/Office Manager, where they handled various responsibilities such as office management, training the installation team, customer service, and attending industry events.

Shelly then moved into the mortgage industry, starting as a Mortgage Verification Specialist at Kroll Factual Data from 2014 to 2015. Shelly continued their career in this field at Credit Plus, Inc. as a Mortgage Verification Specialist from 2015 to 2016. Finally, Shelly joined Advantage Credit, Inc. in 2016, where they held various positions, including Mortgage Verification, Credit Verification Manager, and currently Assistant Director of Credit Verification since November 2022. Throughout their career, Shelly has gained experience and expertise in credit verification, mortgage verification, and office management.

Shelly LaMaster attended Thompson Valley High School and Roosevelt High School from 1985 to 1987. During this time, they studied various subjects related to business, including Business, Accounting, and Business Law. Shelly did not obtain a degree during this period.

In addition, Shelly LaMaster obtained the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) certification from Advantage Credit, Inc. in March 2014.
