Vincent J. Creo

Mr. Creo is a founding partner of Advantage Delaware LLC. He has owned and operated several small businesses. As a seasoned entrepreneur, he is uniquely qualified to assist clients with making informed business decisions.

Prior to founding Advantage Delaware, Mr. Creo’s professional path led him into the real estate industry bringing buyers and sellers together, researching properties, and remaining current on trends and legislation affecting the real estate market while continuously striving to assist each of his clients in reaching their goals.

Previously, he served as a substitute paraprofessional in a local school district. He instructed students, monitored classrooms, and became attuned to the vocational needs of this special population. Mr. Creo’s prior background also included recovery work at a finance company. His talents included but were not limited to skip tracing, locating assets for possible legal action, and making settlements with customers. In earlier years, he held various increasingly responsible middle level managerial positions at a local utility with a focus on client satisfaction.

The foundation of Mr. Creo’s professional experience was earned in the legal field. He excelled at positions involving collections, credit, settlements, and bankruptcies. Herein he learned a legal and ethical manner of conducting business.
