Shana Palmer - Whalen is an experienced professional with over two decades in customer service and management roles. Since February 2011, Shana has been with Advantage Dental+, holding various positions including Manager of Care Coordination, Certified Community Health Worker, Revenue Assurance Manager, Customer Service/Claims, and Billing & Collections Supervisor. Prior to Advantage Dental+, Shana worked at T-Mobile from 2004 to 2011 as a Customer Service Representative and spent nearly a decade at JELD-WEN, Inc. from 1995 to 2004 as a Team Lead.
