Jeanette Bjerstedt

Jeanette Bjerstedt has extensive experience in the financial services and training sectors, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Training Coordinator at Advantage Federal Credit Union since December 2003, Jeanette is responsible for training incoming front office staff and overseeing the learning of new systems and technologies. Previous roles include Assistant Manager and Member Service Representative at Advantage Federal Credit Union, as well as MSR positions at Irondequoit FCU and JPMorgan Chase. Additionally, Jeanette spent over eleven years as Worship Director at First Assembly of God in Rochester, NY, leading musical performances and recruiting talent. Jeanette holds a Diploma in Bible/Biblical Studies from Elim Bible Institute, earned from 1989 to 1992.
