The Customer Service Team at Advantage Ford provides exceptional support and assistance to our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This includes addressing inquiries, coordinating test drives, facilitating vehicle purchases, and managing service appointments. The team, consisting of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), a Guest Ambassador, and a Shuttle Driver, works collaboratively to maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
