Eirini Kouraki

Eirini Kouraki is an experienced Agile Delivery Lead and Scrum Master at Advantage FSE, specializing in coordinating medium to large-scale deliveries for both local and international customers. Previously, Eirini served as a Senior Technical Project Manager at wedoo, where interaction with stakeholders helped uncover project needs. Earlier experience includes roles as a Digital Project & Account Manager at Vrisko.gr, managing accounts for prominent brands, and as a Customer Experience Manager at Newsphone Hellas, focusing on designing and enhancing customer service workflows. Eirini holds a Bachelor of Science & Technology from the University of Crete and an MBA in Total Quality Management from Πανεπιστήμιο Πειραιώς.
