Nicole M. Rodríguez, CPA has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Nicole M. most recently worked as an Accounting Manager at Advantage Insurance starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they were an Audit Senior Staff at Crowe from November 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining Crowe, Nicole worked at Advantage Insurance as a Senior Accountant from February 2021 to November 2022. Nicole M. also has experience at PwC, where they held various roles including Senior Associate from July 2020 to February 2021, Experienced Associate from July 2018 to July 2020, and Assurance Associate from September 2017 to June 2018.

Nicole began their career as an Assurance Intern at PwC in June 2016. Nicole M. also gained experience as an Audit Intern at RSM Puerto Rico from January 2016 to May 2016. Nicole M. started their professional journey as an Accounting Intern at Sharon Santana, CPA PSC in July 2015.

Prior to entering the accounting field, Nicole worked as a Waitress at Chili's from February 2014 to January 2015. Overall, Nicole M. Rodríguez, CPA has demonstrated a strong background in accounting and auditing through their various roles and experiences at reputable companies.

Nicole M. Rodríguez, CPA, pursued their education at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras from 2012 to 2016. Nicole M. obtained a degree in Accounting, specializing in the field of Accounting. Additionally, in 2015, they briefly studied Elementary Education and Teaching at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Nicole M. Rodríguez continued their professional development by earning several certifications. Nicole M. became a Certified Public Accountant in January 2019, certified by The Board of Certified Public Accountants of Puerto Rico. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in Human-Centered Design from PwC in July 2020 and Digital Acumen from PwC in May 2019.
