Henry Broddle

Henry Broddle has over 18 years of experience in the technology industry. Henry began their career in 2002 as a Junior Software Developer for U.S. Air Force's Aviation Resource Management Systems. During this time, they were responsible for developing and maintaining subprograms and routines on the CAS project. Henry then progressed to become a Combat Coder/Software Engineer and a Software Developer, where they served as the "Blue Suit" Air Force J2EE consultant on the design and development for ARMS 5.2.

In 2008, Henry joined Epicor as a Development Engineer II. Here they were responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining new features for the Solar Eclipse product.

In 2012, Henry moved to DragonDev as a Director of Development and Senior Software Engineer. Their roles included heading product development, assisting in marketing, business development and coordinating outreach activities.

Henry is currently the CTO and Director of Technology at Advantage Integrated Solutions, where they oversee all technical aspects and technological resources for the purpose of supporting and driving organizational growth. Henry also establishes the technological vision and leads the company's technological development.

Henry Broddle received their Associates of Applied Sciences in Computer Science and Technology from the Community College of the Air Force between 2003 and 2006. Henry then went on to the University of Colorado Boulder, where they earned a degree in Computer Science, specializing in Human Centered Computing, between 2012 and 2014.
