Csho Michael Dean

Michael Dean, CSHO, currently serves as the Environment, Health, and Safety Manager at Advantage Metals Recycling, a Nucor Company, since March 2022. With extensive experience in managing safety and environmental programs that exceed OSHA, EPA, and MODNR requirements, Michael has held various EH&S leadership roles at organizations such as Buckhorn Inc, Associated Wholesale Grocers, and ABEC. Previous roles include serving as an EHS Specialist and Manager at other organizations, as well as security-related positions with the U.S. Government and Naval Criminal Investigative Service. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource/Business Management from Park University.
