Ashleigh O'Brien is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, notably in psychology and construction materials. Currently serving as Managing Director at Advantage Psychology since May 2024, Ashleigh oversees a network of practices focused on mental health in Western Sydney. Previously, Ashleigh held significant positions at Boral, including Executive General Manager Commercial and Executive General Manager Sales and Marketing, focusing on growth and operational excellence. Ashleigh's prior experience at CSR Limited involved managing a diverse portfolio in masonry and insulation, complemented by leadership roles in marketing and P&L management. In addition to key directorships with industry associations, Ashleigh holds multiple degrees from Western Sydney University and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
