Currently serving as an Operational Clerk and Customer Services Agent at Advantage Rent A Car since October 2010, Adriana coordinates administrative tasks and manages the receptionist area. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Services and Return Agent at Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group from August 2008 to September 2010, where responsibilities included addressing customer inquiries and ensuring vehicle conditions were satisfactory prior to closing rental agreements.
