Previously, Lynda held the position of Sr. Client Service Manager/Sr. Branch Manager at Adecco from August 2002 to November 2011, where responsibilities included managing a team of up to 10 recruiters, implementing daily activity tracking systems, and preparing quarterly business reviews. Lynda is skilled in developing recruiting strategies for large customer needs, conducting compliance audits, and maintaining profitability while ensuring high client service levels. Lynda also has hands-on experience as a recruiter, focusing on applicant assessment and placement. Lynda graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and completed studies at Cy-Fair High School.
