Takayuki Amada

Takayuki Amada is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and corporate management. Currently serving as Director and Senior Executive Officer at Advantage Risk Management Co Ltd since April 2020, Takayuki has held various senior roles within the company since joining. Previous experience includes the role of CFO at LignApps, Inc. and Nextgen, Inc. from 2013 to 2020, overseeing corporate planning, finance, and management functions. Takayuki co-founded COMMUSUL INC., providing management consultancy for cross-border business transactions, and led multiple portfolios to IPO at Nippon Venture Capital. Earlier career highlights include strategic finance management at Mizuho Bank, focusing on middle-sized businesses.
