David Poisson

David Poisson has a diverse work experience in financial reporting and auditing. David started their career at Ernst & Young in 2005 as a Manager, where they conducted financial statement audits and provided recommendations to improve internal controls for clients across various industries. In 2013, they joined Kofax, Inc as a Financial Reporting Manager, responsible for all aspects of financial reporting and managing the consolidation of entities globally. Currently, David holds a position at Advantage Solutions, where they have progressed from Director of Financial Reporting to Senior Director and then Vice President of External Reporting.

David Poisson attended the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting. In 2008, they earned the Certified Public Accountant certification from the California Board of Accountancy.
