Heather Nett

Heather Nett currently serves as the VP of Privacy and Compliance at Advantage Solutions, a position held since November 2024. Heather began their legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at Fond du Lac County District Attorney's Office, where key contributions included prosecuting criminal cases and establishing the Non-Violent Misdemeanor Diversion Program. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
