Jim Rice

Jim Rice is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, marketing, construction, and community leadership. Currently serving as a Retail Sales Merchandiser at Advantage Solutions since January 2015, Jim effectively meets sales goals while utilizing technology to enhance client satisfaction. Previous experience includes managing residential construction projects at Independent Construction and driving business development as an Account Executive at Packaging Materials and Supply, where Jim increased the client base by over 25%. Additionally, Jim has a significant tenure in community ministry at Shades Crest Baptist Church, where leadership skills were demonstrated through organizing events and managing volunteers.
