Virginie Costa

Virginie Costa is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience across various industries, including consumer goods, luxury retail, and technology. Currently serving as the Chair of the Audit Committee for Advantage Solutions, Virginie has held senior financial leadership positions, such as North America CFO for Mondelēz International, Global CFO for both Wella Company and Godiva Chocolatier, and CFO/COO for Burberry in the Americas. Virginie's expertise encompasses managing substantial revenues, leading large finance teams, and driving finance transformation initiatives. With a solid foundation in accounting and consolidation from early roles at KPMG and Arthur Andersen, Virginie holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Audencia and has participated in an exchange program at The Ohio State University.
