Michael P Demattee

Michael P DeMattee has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Michael P began their career as a Radio Disc Jockey and Marketing Intern at KHQT, where they played music on-air and assisted with public relations and branding efforts. Michael P then worked as a Sales Marketing Assistant at Hall Kinion, where they identified revenue opportunities and delivered successful sales presentations.

DeMattee later joined the Business Journal as an Advertising Representative, where they identified top quality opportunities and maintained strong customer relationships. Michael P then worked as a Talent Manager and Event Planner at West Coast Party Planners, promoting shows and concerts and engaging in community outreach programs.

In 2007, they joined the United States Army as an Aviation Logistics Manager, where they managed quality control and inventory of Apache Longbow helicopters. Michael P also conducted data analysis, resolved parts issues, and maintained property books. Additionally, they served as a Human Resource Clerk and Logistics/Security Force personnel, managing various personnel actions and providing security force detail during deployments.

After their military service, DeMattee worked as the Corporate Security Director at Advantage Security, Inc, where they trained and developed security officers and received an Award of Excellence from ASIS. Michael P currently holds a corporate security position in downtown Denver. Most recently, they became a Radio Host at Great Day Radio.

Michael P DeMattee has an extensive education history. Michael P obtained their Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the University of Southern California from 2023 to 2026. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Brandman University between 2019 and 2020. Michael P also holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University, which they completed from 2017 to 2018.

Furthermore, Michael P DeMattee completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Legal Studies from American Military University from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. These include a Notary Public Commission from the Colorado Secretary of State's Office in April 2019, a Human Resource certification from Brandman University in March 2018, a Non-Profit Leadership certification from Brandman University in January 2018, and a Paralegal certification from American Military University in October 2008. Michael P also holds a Secret Security Clearance obtained from the US Army in March 2007.
