Pete Torres

Pete Torres has extensive experience in the security industry, having served in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently retired from Advantage Security, Inc. since August 2019, Pete was previously a Portfolio Manager at Whelan Security from August 2010 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing security services and client relationships. Prior to that, from May 1993 to August 2010, Pete held the position of Operations Manager at AlliedBarton Security Services. Pete began a notable career in security as the Director of Security at Jones Lang LaSalle from January 1979 to February 1986. Educational qualifications include a Law Enforcement State Certification from Allentown Police Academy in 1983, studies at Universidad Mundial from 1978 to 1980, and previous education at Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico-Ponce from 1974 to 1976.
