Carolyn Ambrose

Carolyn Ambrose is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial sales, event management, and customer service within the arts and tourism sectors. Currently serving as the Commercial Sales Coordinator at Advantage Sport & Fitness since May 2019, Carolyn previously held various roles at Experience! The Finger Lakes, LLC, including Tour Office Manager and Tour Coordinator. Prior experience includes part-time Visitor Service Specialist at the Ithaca/Tompkins County Convention & Visitors Bureau and several positions at the State Theatre of Ithaca, ranging from House Manager to Box Office Associate, where Carolyn excelled in workflow management, volunteer coordination, and marketing.
