Joseph Kohalmi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joseph started their career as a College Intern at Action Centered Training Inc. (A.C.T.), where they assisted in preparing and administering team building exercises for corporations. Joseph then worked as a Financial Advisor at Waddell & Reed Financial Services, obtaining various licenses and educating prospects on financial management. Following this, they served as a Telephone Service Representative at Showing Center Services, dispatching urgent calls and providing customer support. Later, they joined Automatic Data Processing (ADP) as an Inbound Telesales Representative, processing sales leads and preparing reports for senior management. Joseph continued their tenure at Advantage TeleMessaging, Inc., first as a Telephone Service Representative, handling answering services and support, and then as the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Joseph Kohalmi earned a B.S degree in Business Management and Marketing, as well as Finance, from Penn State University between 2004 and 2007. Before attending Penn State, they spent the academic year 2003-2004 at Saint Joseph's University, majoring in Food Marketing.
