Dino de Leon has a strong background in creative directing and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Dino started as an Art Director at Italia Gal in 1995 and later became the VP Creative Director at Brann Forbes in 1999. From 2003 to 2005, they served as the VP Senior Creative Director at Zipatoni. Dino then joined Moosylvania in 2005 as a VP before moving to RAZOR in 2006 as the VP Partner and Creative Director. In 2009, they became the Executive Vice President and Creative Director at Catapult Marketing. Dino later worked at TracyLocke as the Executive Creative Director from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, Dino held the role of SVP and Head of Creative at Shoptology. Currently, they are the EVP Executive Creative Director at IN Connected Marketing since 2016.

Dino de Leon attended the Savannah College of Art and Design from 1988 to 1992. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Illustration and Art History. Dino also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a specialization in Illustration and Art History from the same institution.
