Jayme Francis, MBA, has extensive experience in healthcare technology and management, currently serving as Manager of Epic Clinical Systems at AdvantageCare Physicians since April 2014. In this role, Jayme is responsible for software design, implementation, and testing of Epic software, ensuring optimal order transmittal processes. Additional expertise includes implementation of Epic Ambulatory software at Flexible Business Systems, where Jayme collaborates on project management, end-user training, and support for Catholic Health Services of Long Island. Previous roles include Clinical Applications Coordinator at the Center for Urban Community Services, Assistant Coordinator for the Advanced Trauma Life Support Course at Nassau Health Care Corporation, and Supervisor in the Neurodiagnostic Laboratory for the US Navy. Jayme holds an MBA in Health Service Management from Hofstra University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
