Thomas Nothel

Thomas Nothel is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at AdvantageCare Physicians since January 2014, Thomas has led various projects, including a special 401k initiative and physician compensation analysis following the consolidation of multiple groups. Previously, as Physician Compensation Manager at Queens Long Island Medical Group, Thomas managed a monthly payroll of over $4 million for more than 200 physicians and was responsible for productivity payment analysis. Thomas began the career as an Assistant to the Controller at Charter Fabrics, Inc., before advancing through roles at Kraft Foods Group, where notable achievements included consolidating balance sheets and overseeing sizable expense reviews. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University, earned between 1979 and 1984.
