Cindy Chen

Cindy Chen is an accomplished investment professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Partner at Advantary Capital Partners since December 2024, Cindy focuses on investing in revenue-generating companies across various stages and sectors. Previously, Cindy was a Fellow at the Neely Center for Ethical Leadership and Decision Making, where research centered on ethical investing in venture capital for technology. As a Director at WI Harper Group from June 2019 to June 2023, Cindy led investment strategies in semiconductors, IoT, and intelligent manufacturing, while also managing deal sourcing and due diligence. At Comet Labs, Cindy significantly enhanced fund business development and established the 'Assessing China Program.' As a Business Development Manager at HWTrek, Cindy was instrumental in building the Shenzhen office and developing strategic alliances in the IoT ecosystem.
