Janel Dant is an experienced professional with a diverse background in quality assurance, product ownership, and human resources. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Advantasure since October 2016, Janel leads multiple teams focused on enhancing care management and provider engagement for Medicare Advantage members. Previous roles include Senior Quality Assurance Engineer SME Team Lead, where responsibilities encompassed the full software development lifecycle, and Quality Assurance Software Engineer at ZirMed, contributing significantly to various healthcare-related products. Janel also held senior analyst positions at Bank of America and managed systems licensure and employee relations at Norton Healthcare.
