Richard Calcano

Richard Calcano is a Senior Scrum Master at Advantasure, where they lead Agile teams developing and maintaining claims applications for health insurance organizations. They are a certified SAFe 5 Advanced Scrum Master with extensive experience in Agile/SCRUM methodology, data integration, and business intelligence. Previously, Richard held various roles including Director at the American Red Cross, where they managed data warehouse and decision support functions, and served as a Technology Manager II at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.
