Will Potts

Will Potts has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Will currently serves as the Vice President of BPaaS Operations and Client Implementation at Advantasure since April 2016. Previously, they held the position of VP, Medicare Quality and Analytics at Catamaran from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they worked at WellPoint as a Staff Vice President in Business Implementation and Quality Audit from 2009 to 2014. Will also served as the Director of Systems and Client Implementation at Independence Blue Cross from 1995 to 2009. Earlier in their career, Will worked as a Database Architect at Federal Occupational Health in 1994, leading a team in the design and implementation of the Phoenix system. Will also worked as a Senior Consultant at Bluestone Consulting in 1994, providing expertise in client-server architectures and database applications. Will started their career as a Database Programmer at General Research Corporation in 1991, designing and developing applications for the Graphical Query and Design System.

Will Potts completed their education in a chronological order. Will attended Penncrest High School from 1979 to 1982, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. After high school, they enrolled at the University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering between the years 1982 and 1986. Finally, they furthered their education at Drexel University from 1989 to 1991 and earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science.
