Nick Mitrousis

Nick Mitrousis has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Nick began their career with Home, where they gained valuable skills in computer assembling and networking while providing technical support to the general public and for personal needs. Additionally, they worked at School Specialty, Inc. as a Product Developer, where they participated in the development of interactive learning CDs and handled software, hardware, and network troubleshooting. Later, they joined CAPSTONE Information Technologies Incorporated as a Senior Lead Engineer, where they took on the responsibility of maintaining networks and servers, implementing upgrades, and troubleshooting issues for various clients. Currently, they hold the position of Director of IT at Advantech Industries, where they oversee and administers the entire IT infrastructure and leads the company towards achieving DoD certifications.

Nick Mitrousis, MCSE, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology, which they obtained between 1999 and 2005. In addition to their degree, they have earned several certifications, including MCSE: Core Infrastructure, MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, MCSA: Windows Server 2016, and Datto Certified Advanced Technician (DCAT).
